Hi Cathe--how about a Cathe Food Journal?

Not with diet suggestions (I know you don't do that), but with inspirational stuff. Like pics of your abs on every page. Or pics of your abs & pics of Jai's abs. Or pics of your abs, of Jai's abs, & of all of Stewart's bodyparts. And maybe one pic of a good Jersey diner meal. That could be the cover. :+

In all seriousness, I just switched from low carb to low cal and, well, I'm not very good at math. Counting carbs was easy b/c usually it's a small number, but OMG I am having so much trouble counting up to 1500! So I've discovered a food journal is an absolute necessity.

Now, I've never bought your calendar (sorry, my dad buys me a pug calendar every Xmas :p ), but I would really love a Cathe food journal!
 
I would buy one. I already keep a food diary but one with inspirational pics would help on those hard days, you know the ones I mean.....

Having trouble counting calories. This is why I say WW came up with the points system. It is so easy to count small numbers in your head. You still need to track them as well in some type of food journal. Once you learn points values for the things you like it is so easy. Some may say boring. The foods you eat to lose weight are the same HEALTHY foods you should be eating to maintain.

I too would love to see Cathe put something out loaded with information and healthful ideas.
