I just wanted to let you know, that I eat between 1000 and 1400 calories, depending on the day and my body, I do listen to my body, but I only eat until I am satisfied and not stuffed, where ever that point maybe. I do eat cookie, I limit myself to 2 of them.
I do lower body workouts 4 to 5 times a week right now cause I am almost at my goal.
Candi, why don't you go to read this womans story and if you have any questions email her, cause she is a Freestyle trainer now......
