hey y'all, I did a pike today on the ball!

okay, it wasn't the most graceful thing, but I held it for a few seconds after the knee roll in. Does this mean my core is getting stronger? I could only do that one b/c it is sure hard on your wrists and upper body holding that. Woo woo!!

YAY!!! Woohoo.. Debbie... way to go.... this is my goal, to do one of those pikes. I am still working on the knee roll ins... going to work on those tonight. I hope I'm not far behind you on those pikes!!
