Sorry it's taken me sooo long to get back to you on that Buns of Steel tape. Then once I found the info for you, I couldn't find the post where we talked! I finally did a search for it and saw that it was in the check-in so I figured I'd just start a new post so you'd see it! YIKES, I'm rambling!

Here is the info:It is the original Buns of Steel tape (the very 1st one). It is lead by instructor, Greg Smithey. I did a search on the Internet to see where you could purchase it by putting "Buns of Steel" as my keyword. It came up with

After going to that page scroll down the left side of the page and you will see a pix of The Original Buns of Steel tape by Greg. It targets the hips, thighs & glutes and let me tell you, you will be screaming! It sells for $11.99. I didn't check the S/H price, nor have I ever ordered from them. I think you will be real happy with the tape. (That is, once you get thru it! ;-)) Let me know if you need any more info. How are your knees today? I hope they are healing. Take care of them!

Wow, Debbie :-wow --thank you so much for taking the time and for looking into that for me--I hope to order it soon
My knees are ok--I think they've appreciated the rest I've given them this week. My left knee, though, continues to make a very loud snapping sort of noise when I climb the stairs to my apartment. There is no pain involved, which I know is a good sign, but I will rest another week if I need to.
Lee bought me the Living Arts Balance Ball from Target today. It comes with a video that is a compilation of segments from the series, so I will try the lower body work of it tomorrow, along with some floor work from TWV and PS legs. Have you done any fitness ball work? I'm wondering how it will go...

Hi Debbie--
I didn't have the link you gave me handy, so I typed in Amazon.com, and they had it for 9.99! So, needless to say, I ordered it (and they charged me almost five dollars for shipping--give me a break!)
I'm excited--it's so old, I'm assuming it's pretty outdated as far as the set and the hairstyles--can't wait
