I was going back thru some old threads and saw I never responded back to you on the jogging/running thread. Thanks for getting back to me with your thoughts. Just to let you know, my jogging (still at a very moderate pace) is going very well. I increased to 5 miles this week! Also, Trevor, I do alternate directions on the oval track I jog on. I go 4 laps one direction and then turn for the next 4, alternating every 4. There is a VERY slight incline on the path in certain sections so I felt it was worth going "up" sometimes and going "down" sometimes. Debra, the track is blacktop, which I know isn't as soft as grass or dirt, but I do know it's better then concrete. Thanks, guys, for your input! http://www.plaudersmilies.de/happy/xyxthumbs.gif
