:D I just saw your post of where you are from and I am from Corning/Painted Post myself! Actually, we are getting ready to move back to the old hometown in 3 weeks! I will be taking over my grandmother's house in Riverside. Do you know where that is?

Yeah, of course I know where that is, my Mom grew up in Painted Post (on Imperial Ave.). How great to have another Catheite practically within shouting distance:D Where in Riverside is your Grandma's house? Now, we actually live in Caton, do you know where that is? Much more obscure:)

:D My grandmother's house is the first house you come to on Stanton St. It is an old, big brown house. We moved down to Florida just about a year ago and I am so excited to get back home! Maybe someday we can get together. Yes, I know where Caton is! My son is dating a girl from Caton. I know her first name but do not know her last name. Isn't that awful! My boys both work at Wegman's deli in Corning. Maybe you have seen them.
 
You're in Florida and you're excited to come back? Have you forgotten a little thing we like to call winter all 8 months of it}( I can understand why you chose this time of year to come back! LOL. Let me know when you're settled in and we can finally dispense with all this user name folly ;-). I'm sure I've seen your sons then, what are their first names? I'll keep an eye out for the nametags!

:D My boy's names are Brent and Kyle Mcumber. My son's girlfriend's names is Melissa Kruger. Actually, it is 99 here right now with the humidity. It is like a different world down here and I like the small town life, plus all of my family is up there. Where did you go to school? I went to West and graduated in 83. Yes, I am Cathe's age.
 
I'm pretty sure I actually know who your sons are, as well as Melissa, the names are all familiar. I understand what you mean about small town life, my husband and I are in Binghamton during the school year and we spend most of the summer in the country w/ my parents/family where I grew up. My husband and I both went to West (graduated in 99). He was Rob Muffly (he took my last name when we married) and so I'm still Mattea Orr. Are you related to Andrew Mcumber? He was in my class growing up.
Actually, it's about 99 here right now, so you'd have no adjusting to do! Trying to crank out Cathe in this heat has been no fun! I actually did my 25 minute run while swimming in my in-laws' pool last night-no other way around it!
So are you going on the Roadtrip?

:D Brent graduated from East in 2003 and Kyle in 2004. Both went to Northside Middle School. I will be working at my old job at Corning Hospital in Medical Records. No, I will not be able to attend the Cathe trip. I have met Cathe at her gym and took a class with her. I believe it was two years ago I posted the whole experience on Cathe.com. You will have such a great time! Cathe is so down to earth. Let me know how it goes and say Hi to her for me will you! She knows me all to well. I have not been posting lately as I have had some depression and weight issues since being down here!

I'll ask my husband about your sons, he ran cross country and graduated in 2000 so he knows more kids at both schools than I do. Sorry that you won't be making the Roadtrip this year:-( You are so lucky to have already met and worked out live with Cathe, I'm SO excited. We'll have to get together after the Roadtrip and I can show you pics, give up the dirt, and commiserate about plyo moves of all kinds;-)
Sorry to hear about your tough time lately, but you know this is the best place for inspiration! And getting back to the area and your family will hopefully make you smile more often:D

:D Thanks for the support! Keep in touch! Maybe someone will read this and have the know how on how to reprint my Cathe pictures for you! Hey DebbieH are you out there? I know she is so busy planning the Cathe trip!

I found the thread where you reported on your Cathe trip (sounds like a DREAM by the way! Lunch with Cathe and Cedie!! Lucky duck:7 ) but the PictureTrail link had expired (been archived) or whatever. Is there any way to see them still? Should we ask DebbieH? I'd love to see what you, DH, Cathe, and Cedie all looked like then!
I'll be sure to tell Cathe you say "Hi" if I get the chance. Oh my goodness I might get the chance!
Can you tell I'm a little excited?
