hey anyone try billy blanks cardio fat blast new dvd? it rocks i really liked it, of course i love love all cathes too,billy still gives 8 on the right 5 on the left but thats ok he s great!!!
 
Yeah - I'm a Billy Blanks fan, even with his goofy counting and bad production quality - the new stuff is a lot better though. I have to admit though that I only use him for an easier day now, though, as he's not as intense as Cathe.
 
hey ever try chizel it? Its kickbox with step and light weights its goood .... Charles Harris is the boxer he cues good the music is great>> but Cathe is still my fave
 
Hi, chizel it does not use bands but it does use weights and a step. It is a pretty good workout. I haven't done it since I found Cathe. I think it came out some time a go. I borrowed it to a friend and probably won't get it back.

I heard that the new Turbo Jam by Beachbody is a lot of fun, I ordered mine but I have not received it yet. It is the new thing, it got realeased on August 15th, I read the reviews and everyone says it is great, it has great music and some great moves. You can read about it on Beachbody.com
