I have Providence, Newport and Firepower and Firepower is my favorite!! It moves fast and has a couple of different options in regards to the rest periods. It uses 2 kettlebells (in some of the moves) but if you only have one you can modify by doing 30 seconds on one side and 30 seconds on the other side.
Here is the breakdown:
