Hi all. Well, Sunday evening is here again and tomarrow is Monday morning. One nice thing about working the weekend, Monday morning isn't nearly as much of a bummer. I have to work Monday, but have Tuesday off.

We had pizza for dinner tonight. We get together with good friends every Sunday and catch up with what went on during the week. I skipped the za and made myself a big salad. They all had brownies for dessert - I had a banana. Hope I can keep this up till next weekend when we hit the wineries.

Tomarrow at work we are having a Chocolate Treat Day. We lost a very special co-worker to breast cancer last fall and tomarrow would have been her birthday. We are remembering her with chocolate, one of her favorites. I made a Chocolate Kaluha Cake. Now, if I can only survive the temptation to overindulge.

Hope you all had marvelous weekends and can't wait to get back to wonderful jobs tomarrow. What does everyone here do? I am a microbiologist at a hosptial lab.

Robin - Ohhh - you're too good! Great job with the will power - especially against the brownies!! You're an Iron Woman!! :+ That's a sweet tradition! Ironically, tomorrow is the 1 year anniversery of my mom's death of cancer. Sad day over all. I plan to celebrate her life as well. She was a major fan of frozen snickers. May have to have one in her honor!

I've been good today, although I am sipping a nice merlot right now. Foodwise I've been good. We're having grilled salmon, wild rice and a big salad. I made Chipotle Chicken Chili last night - very good! And I tried the new CC "Choose Living" on the spin bike at the gym today. That was a fun one!

My job is more mundane - I'm a sales rep for a computer firm. I was a bio major in college though... Do you test samples?
