Hey Cathe ... when you said that you love working out Triceps and Shoulders i assume thats why you've put them both first on the Advanced DVD for the circuit training! I noticed while reading the review that triceps and shoulders are first and second on the list! Makes a change and re-vamps things!

Too funny! I didn't even realize this and it was not planned. I wanted to do chest last because we are on our backs doing flys and hamstring tucks for a while. I also wanted to keep back and chest cycled one right after the other so thats why back came in second to last. Take Care!
