hey Cathe....decline bench presses?

Hi Cathe!
Are decline bench presses worth the effort or do flat and incline benches take care of most if not all of the chest?

Hi Trevor! I personally don't think that they need to be a regular part of your routine. But because decline bench press hits the lower portion of the chest slightly more than flat bench and decline also takes a little stress off the front delt, I would suggest putting them into your workouts occasionally for some variety or maybe on a day that your shoulders are sensitive (now there is a run on sentence for you ;-))! The sad part is I took 5 years of Spanish in school!! Yikes!!
