I was just wondering how the running is going for you? I can now run about 4 miles without much stopping. Maybe for a minute, or two to walk and just get some of the lactic acid out of my legs. But that's it. So, my one hour jog/walk has turned into a 35min run. And DH is saying that I am getting a runners body. Whatever that is, I think he likes it though!
Well, I better get going. Just thought I would check and see how things are going.

Four miles....you go girl!

I have to admit I gave up. It's gotten so hot here...and now with that crazy hurricane and the limbs and power lines down all over, I decided to wait until October to attempt running outside again.

I decided to try the South Beach Diet for three weeks before we go on our vacation. Today is day three and I'm really missing my fruit but I've been a good girl. This diet worked so good for me last October I thought I'd give it another try. I wouldn't want to eat this way the rest of my life though!

Thanks for keeping me posted. It helps to know someone else who didn't think they could do it has succeeded.:7
