Did you watch the National Aerobics Championships on ESPN2 last night (Saturday night)? I thought of you and your competition-bound-ness
I'm not sure if this is the kind of competition you're considering, but all I can say is WOW!!! These people (men and women) are in incredible shape--one armed/one legged pushups, high flying jumps, just amazing.

Hi Wendy!! Noooooo! I missed it!! Bummer. I had company over last night and we got into a card game. We occupied our childeren by popping in a movie for them. I have seen the competition though, aren't they amazing?? I never thought of competing in that, but now that you mention it, that sounds like fun! Another goal to add to the list;-)!
