Run to your nearest Kroger store (I haven't seen them in WalMart yet) and grab a box of "South Beach Diet by Kraft" cereal bars in Cinnamon Raisin flavor. Cut it up into 8 pieces. If you suck on each piece just right, it tastes like you're eating the cream cheese icing off of carrot cake! I swear! (At least that's what I've forced myself to believe!) They are 140 cal, 5 gr fat, 15 g carbs, 2 g fiber, 7 g sugar, and 10 grams protein. I know, it's a bit too many carbs and sugar, but it beats that carrot cake!
 
Well done! Now get over here and help me resist the cookie and cranberry biscuit my boss brought for me! Along with the box of Belgian chocolate cookies in my drawer.
