Run to your nearest Kroger store (I haven't seen them in WalMart yet) and grab a box of "South Beach Diet by Kraft" cereal bars in Cinnamon Raisin flavor. Cut it up into 8 pieces. If you suck on each piece just right, it tastes like you're eating the cream cheese icing off of carrot cake! I swear! (At least that's what I've forced myself to believe!) They are 140 cal, 5 gr fat, 15 g carbs, 2 g fiber, 7 g sugar, and 10 grams protein. I know, it's a bit too many carbs and sugar, but it beats that carrot cake!
