Hi Ms Hill! You can do any of my strength training split series (ie: PS SERIES, SLOW HEAVY SERIES, PYRAMID SERIES, GYM STYLE SERIES) once a week in addition to doing Body Pump only one day a week.
Or you can do Body Pump one or two times a week and add on one of my full body workouts one or two times per week too (you don't need to do more than three total body workouts per week so choose three of your favorites for the week). These workouts of mine would be Muscle Endurance, Power Hour, Muscle Max, Maximun Intensity Strength.
