i JUST HAD A PLANTERS WART REMOVED TODAY.
i am in some pain and need to workout.
what can I do to keep off my foot not totaly but no impact.
(Don't do this it hurts bad)
I was told no impactb for 2 weeks.
I am afraidf if I go 3 weeks I will quit.
Excuse my typing , pain pills.
I did this years ago with deviated septom surg and quit.Went through months of pain. pepsi feeling in nose.(carbonation)
I don't want to loose the habit and quit.
Please tell me what workouts IU can use not to put ig pressure on my foot.
