Help with tweeking August rotation?

Hello all...I was wondering if anyone would help me with the August rotation...I would like to add spinning into the mix. My gym membership includes spin class on Tuesday and/or Wednesdays. I'd like to add for my cardio. Would 2 days (back to back) of spinning be too much? Also, if anyone had success with this rotation-or any others-I'd love to hear about your sucess! I am trying to lose my last 10#...however, it just does not want to come off! I need help (especially)with losing fat in my thighs. If anyone has suggestions for a rotation that I should try feel free to make suggestions. Thanks to all in advance!:7
