Help with my rotation, please

Hi! I have been exercising for 2 years by trying different things--Tae Bo, NordicTrack etc. I have bought several Cathe Dvds and 1 VHS--I was hoping you kind ladies would help me put together a rotation. (I am 5 ft 4inch and 150 lbs-- I would like to weight 125lbs.)

I have the following:

Pyramid Upper Body (VHS)
Ab Hits
Gym Style Chest & Triceps
Core Max
The Terminator
Step, Jump & Pump & Step Blast
Hardcore Extreme
Low Max
High Step Training
High Step Challenge
Muscle Max
Imax 3
Gym Style Back, Shoulders & Biceps
Power Hour +
Rhythmic Step +
Gym Style Legs


I would like to lose this weight by June 1st. I also walk 4 miles in an hour. (I am really not a runner--my knees hurt)

Could someone help me set up a rotation -- I would say that I am a intermediate in exercise. Thank you- Valerie
