help w/ editing calendar

Hi,
I'm doing the Cathe Jan 2010 STS rotation. I've downloaded it to my calendar but I want to to extend mesocycle 2 and repeat each week. Is there a way to add this to my calendar? Hope this makes sense. So, for example, after week 6, instead of going to week 7, I would like to add week 6 in place of week 7 and move week 7 down to week 8, and week 7 in place of week 8 and so on.

I'm trying to do something similar. I want to delay my rest week by 1 week and bump everything out by a week. I tried editing thinking that I could select the week number, then the date that I wanted to start that week, but it looks like the change date only applies to the date that you start the entire rotation! The drag/drop is cumbersome since it looks like you have to do that for every workout from this point on in the rotation. Is that true??? It also looks like you can't drag/drop from one month to the next. Please help!
