help substituting workouts

Hi Cathe! I'm working on a 3 month rotation you posted that involves basically all of your videos, cardio and weights basically each day. The strength workouts include your total body ones, as well as 3 week stretches of Pure Strength and Slow and Heavy.

I'm wondering, because the rotation was posted before the Hardcore series, where can I substitute the Gym Style workouts? I don't yet have Slow and Heavy, and so was not sure whether these are more like Pure Strength or Slow and Heavy. Thanks!
 
Not Cathe, but just to let you know, the Gym Styles are definitely more like the Pure Strength Series and pretty much nothing like Slow and Heavy (which is pretty much just like its name, you lift the heaviest weight that you can in a very slow and controlled rep pattern --2/6 in this case-- with 1 minute rests in between sets of 8 reps. Unfortunately there isn't really a great substitute for these videos, so hurry up and get buying;-) )

Yes, Pure strength, definitely. But maybe add on the floor work of PLB to reach the intensity of the gym styles legs' floorwork.
