HELP! STS started incorrectly

Hello all,

I accidentally started the STS program with mesocycle #3. I used 25lbs set of dumb bells yesterday and feel great today. I only did the first disc of mesocycle#3. Is it okay to do the 2nd disc of this mesocycle or should I go to mesocycle#1? I really feel silly I did this in error.

I would suggest starting over with meso one, disc one. The manner in which the program is structured would be more beneficial if you start with meso one (a least the first time through),
