Hello everyone, I am new to the forum. However, i have been obsessed with Cathe for sometime now. Every time I get excited about a new routine I am doing something happens to throw me off. This is past month my routine was Cardio&Weights and it was kind of intense for me and I have been working out for 10 years but could it be that step is a totally different experience than regular floor aerobics? I get depressed because I can not get through it without taking a minute to sip water between each circuit. I get really down on myself. And, I wonder if I can cut it doing cathe's dvd's. Any advice?
