Help - More or Less Cardio

Hi All,

I need some advice. I am trying to do Cathe's Jan rotation and notice she has just PUB and or PLB on a day - I automatically want to add a cardio session as well. When doing my own rotations, I'd add cardio to a weight session, so I'd end up doing cardio 5 - 6 time per week. Is this appropriate? I thought I've seen others saying when they cut back on cardio, they lost weight and had more definition. Can you please give some advice or your thoughts on this - is less really more? What results did you see? Or do you alternate heavy cardio and lower cardio rotations?

It really depends on your goals. If you are looking to build muscle, excessive cardio may interfere with that. However, if you're looking to lose body fat or lean out, it may help to do the extra cardio.

Sorry that's not more help! I often wish someone would give me the magic formula, lol.
