So, I'm wondering, with what I have of Cathe now, what one weight based & cardio based workout would you suggest for me? I'm having such a hard time deducing this on my own

Terminator
Imax 2/C&W
KPC/LG
Imax 3
BC/ME
Not so much, right? I'm starting to think I need something like slow & heavy and steady state cardio? I have the pyramids off of FitTV & really like those. I know I love Step Blast from FitTV as well. So, am I answering my own question or other advice for me??? Thanks everyone
