Okay, I have a craptacular cold and feel kind of icky, but I think I'd like to work out because, well, frankly, I ate incredibly poorly today.
So, what should I do? I have HSTA on the rotation, but I'm not entirely sure I'm up to doing one-arm tricep dips just now
Any suggestions?
