Help! Looking for GOOD, ADVANCED Hi/lo aerobics!!

I am soooo frustrated with the lack of good hi/lo out there. I have all of Christi, Cathe, Franny, Patrick, Andre and some of the older CIA's as well.

Please advise if there is anything out there that is hi/lo, advanced, and complex in choreography. I have so many step options that my head spins, but my hi/lo selection is wearing on me.

TIA,

Conni

I can't help you out with dvd/vhs workouts but I will suggest merely making up your own hi/lo workout routine incorporating the moves you like to do best. Also, I like to do basketball drills as a workout like that mixes things up. You can buy bb drill dvds at Amazon.com. I have made up my own routines from watching the dvds. You don't need a basketball court or a ball...it's all agility and speed training that can be done in your driveway or a large livingroom/basement.

Oh, almost forgot...the cardio workouts from P90x and P90 Masters Series would be good hi/lo. :D

Advanced non-step aerobics are hard to find! I have the caribbean workouts, and I think they are great, but I do have to add my own moves and wear ankle weights to make them advanced. I know that Donna Read recently put out a hi/lo workout, but I haven't tried it.

I am glad I am not alone in this!

Are you referring to Donna's Hilo with intervals? I have that one and it is very good.

This is frustrating.

I was over at CIA, any of the new ones seem any good? Of course I would wait for the inevitable sale this spring, but I am getting desparate now with the hold on the new Cathe dvds.:-(
