Help - GWF upload problem

Hi, All,

I was doing fine until last two days. I could not upload my data. Everytime, I clicked "use USB" icon. The website kept running without coming out anything.

I just read someone post this forum saying there is firmware upgrade. Where did you guys get that update?

I just got the firmware update today, but it was offered up to me automatically when I plugged in the GWF to the usb.

I know this is the standard response but have you rebooted the pc, and relaunched the website and activity manager to start from scratch? And are you using IE?

Does it recognize the devise, because the USB cable I got with the devise quit working after 4 days. Luckily I have a camera cable that is the same, and that helped me with updates.
