Help - Friend Gift Giving

I have the most incredible friend who is totally into fitness like we all are, can you all help with some awesome gift ideas for the person who pushes you? Best Friend? I'd love somethig touching, not just an exercise gift.

How much do you want to spend? How about a trip together somewhere - like a spa day or weekend? Or someplace to go hiking, kayaking, or some other active kind of thing you've both wanted to try? A local kitchen store here has neat one evening cooking classes that would be fun to go to as a gift. How about a trip to a professional photographer to take a picture of the two of you together?
