I need some advice on how to be handle this situation...
I am going on vacation with my in laws whom I get along with really well. The problem is that they all (including my DH) can get by on eating just one or two meals a day and be totally fine. I don't want to feel crappy from not eating, but at the same time I don't want to be super demanding either when I am the only one who wants to eat. I have tried explaining to them on a previous vacation that I can't just skip lunch just because we are out doing something, but I just don't think they get it.
To add to my problem my BIL and nephew are deathly allergic to nuts, so packing a peanut butter sandwich in my purse is not an option.
Any suggestions on heathly meals I can put in my purse to take with me that doesn't include any nuts? or how else I could handle the situation?
Thanks!
