I must give all of you credit for those of you that have been doing Cathe's step workouts. I just tried Step Heat yesterday, and I was told that one is fairly easy. Well now I know I need to brush up on my cardio, I love strength training, hate cardio. I was puffing at half way through, pretty bad hey? All this time I thought I was doing pretty good fitness wise!! No wonder one of you said Karen Voights Great Weighted Workout was wimpy compared to Cathe's.
