Hello from the cathe trip!!!

I am sitting here at Chris' desk..adams too;-) and I have a ton of really fit VFers behind me...I have a new found respect for Kristins strength level...and she is about to kill me for posting this..she is over my shoulder. Plus she wears toe polish that changes color! Proven in the just for feet parking lot:-jumpy!!!

OK..we are silly here, but we are having the best time and only wish you all could be here with us:-(. Here's some other folks!:

This is Kristin typing now... I'll never let Nancy forget that she chickened out on me on Thursday night... LOL!!! I'll just say that I've never seen so much sweat fly at the same time. I'm getting hungry for pizza!

Hi from Joni O. It's hard to type - even my fingers are sore from all this working out. Got in two days early and just had to come and work out!!! That Cathe is a killer. The sorest fun I've ever had. Glad I have a massage scheduled for Monday !!!

So enough about the workouts already! Did Cathe and SNM provide their usual wonderful snacks? Red Twizzlers? Candy bars? Oh, yeah and I think there are usually a few apples too ...

I missed all the Cathe Cam stuff, so it's great to "hear" all your voices. All this talk of lipstick and nail polish has me a little intimidated though. Hope there's room on the next trip for a VFer whose best cosmetic is sweat. (ME!)

Have fun watching videos and I'm looking forward to the poem, Lynne.

Oh my goodness girls I am SO EXCITED for you!! I KNOW what a wonderful time you must be having. . . I was lucky to go last year when Cathe was pregnant, is she killing you even more this year now that she has her energy back??? I cannot imagine! I SO regret that I missed all the Cathe cam stuff but I'm really looking forward to all the reports both here and at VF that will start appearing tonight and tomorrow. I am practically bouncing up and down in my chair just thinking about all the fun and I am not even THERE!! Thanks so much for letting us share some vicarious excitement. You ladies are the greatest.
