Heed Cathe's Warning!

[font size="1" color="#FF0000"]LAST EDITED ON Jul-09-01 AT 11:12AM (Est)[/font][p]This is what happened to me tonight.....I was doing the Wedding Tape and was at the part where Cathe does the horse shoe and changes it to one leg over the bench, comes back and does a jumping jack (I don't remember what they are called). She says something like "these are fun once you get the hang of them but move everything out of the way like cats ect..." well we just started to do the other leg and my husband moved something, freaked the cat she ran directly under my foot as it was coming down and sent me tumbling to the floor. I am o.k. but will have a huge bruise on my left glute. I just thought the timing of it all was rather funny.

Wow, isn't that a coincidence? Thank goodness you didn't land on a knee (aaagggghhh) or ankle. I'm glad you can laugh about it--I'll bet your hubby got quite a show, watching you tumble! Is kitty OK? Yes Suzane, my husband did get quite a show! As far as the kitty, she is fine. I did find out that I have a hard time doing any impact moves, it just hurts my butt to much. It could have been worse. Have a great day!
