Nope I haven't tried this but I read about it in Oxygen. It would be neat to try it but I don't think that I would invest the money in it. If you do get it or try it out, post your opinions.

Rhonda I got one about a month ago. Haven't used it much yet but when I did it sure felt like work! I think I'm going to like it but I seem to constantly forget it's there! Now that you reminded me, I will try it again sometime this week...I'll let you know what I think.

I was never very coordinated with the hula hoop as a kid, lol... I can see where it'd be a good workout though!!
