Heavy Circut

I would love to see a circuit working using heavy weight. I started working out with the Firm, and I like how their workouts are set up, but I like the intensity of Cathe. I would love to see multiple cardio segments that included high impact, high intensity low impact, and step. I would also love to work heavy upper and lower body and maybe some lighter work using both upper and lower body together (like bicep curls while lunging). I would love it to be about 55min in length (no longer) and it to include a modifier. Ha ha, one can only dream.....;)
