Heavy Bag workouts

I apologize if this has been asked before, I could not find it in my search.

We just rearranged my workout room to make my heavy bag more accessible and I realize I only have the Cathe heavy bag workout on her MMA video. Does anyone have other favorite heavy bag workouts? I would love to add to my collection

Im curious on this too. My daughter is asking for a punching bag for Christmas this year and i'm thinking of adding some workout videos to go with it.
