Hello all! I just got a monitor and used it for the first time today. Mine has a Fitness Index Mode. Does anybody else's have this? Mine is an Acumen that I read good reviews on by the way. If yours has this feature, tell me when you stop your watch to determine your number. I HAD to have done something wrong today because my level was unacceptable. Someone advise me for tomorrow's workout: When should I stop the watch if I am planning on doing Cardio and Weights? When I am completely finished, while I am cooling down, while I am stretching??
