Healty Moderate Eating 1/27

Today will be a healthy but different day, I am keeping in my range but am going to make whole wheat pizza for dinner. I don't normally eat many starches for dinner.


B- hot Oat bran / soy milk
S- 1/2 c nf cottage cheese, apple
L- tuna salad made w/ ff mayo and raw veggies to scoop it with
s- hoping to get Katie's hummus recipe made to try w/ more veggies
D- whole wheat pizza margherita, spinach salad
s- French vanilla, sugar free

***Either Saturday or Sunday will be a cheat day. We are having my extended family over on Sunday for a pasta dinner and pie for dessert.

Good Morning Judy and all to follow. Well, as expected, I didn't get a chance to WO yesterday. And I ended up making very bad/very good waffles for dinner. I guess the best I can say is they were fast and it was late. Today won't be as hectic.
B - berry salad(raspberries,blueberries,blackberries,strawberries YUM)
raisin bran w/soy mild
S - banana
L - roast beef sammich, carrots, tomatos, orange
D - lemon,olive oil and rosemary shrimp, salad
Today WO is SB. Have a wonderful Friday.
 
Morning all!

I did okay yesterday. Didn't feel like eating when I got home, so I just had a bit of steel cut oats with raisins and soy milk. After my run I ate a small bowl of cereal.

Today:

B - mixed cereal with banana and soy milk
S - cottage cheese with dash cinnamon and fresh pear
L - some curried veggies and beans that my SO made last night, lf yogurt
S - apple
D - not really sure - have lots to do and will probably grab something quick like egg whites and a baked sweet potato

Workout is KPC including core section, and shoulders.

D-Chili yumyum, Baby Carrots

I just ate 2 (small)slices of pizza left over from dinner the other night! :eek: I guess that's not clean, ey? LOL }( Oh well, it was super yummy and I'm sure to burn it off come Monday with Cathe's new January rotation that I'll be starting!}(

B: 4 egg whites with mushrooms / Banana & Green tea
S: EAS Lo-carb Crisp Nutrition Bar ( Yummy )
L: Chef Salad w/ Lo-Fat Italian Dressing
S: Apple w/ 1 Tablespoon Natural peanut butter
D: Unsure, probably fish, veggie & salad

And lots of water through-out the day!!
