Hi to all!! Just wanted to share my healthy eating last night with everyone since I'm normally just hedonistic. I was very proud of myself! I made halibut with olives and rosemary and then had roasted squash, zuccinni, eggplant, and mushrooms. It was very yummy and I actually felt healthier for eating it. Do you think that makes up for the pizza I had on Saturday? Maybe doing Imax yesterday helped a bit too!

Hi Debra & all who follow! Wow, sounds like you had a wonderful & clean meal last night & yes, it definitely cancelled out the pizza you had on Saturday. That's how it works!:+ Hey, if that healthy meal didn't do the trick, then I'm sure Imax did!

As for me, I think I've been so focused on eating clean since the first of the year that I finally went a little crazy. Last week started out pretty good but by the time Thursday got here, I just had to cut loose. All in all, it wasn't too bad but I think I tend to get that almost stir crazy feeling when I actually keep myself from enjoying some of the things I like most (like good food & wine, for instance). But after a weekend of splurging, I was also looking forward to working out & eating healthy again so for me, it's all a balance, I guess.

This morning, I did Boot Camp - I love that workout! - & I've been very squeaky so far too. I'm looking forward to keeping that up this week, at least until Thursday when I have plans to go out with a friend.:p
