LOL! Lbeach, I thhought I was the only person that could gain 3 pounds in a single night?! Of course it's mostly bloating though, because I'm pretty sure neither of us could comsumer an extra 9000 calories in a single night, right?!
So, yesterday after doing SJP I thought forsure that movement may not be possible for me today, but amazingly I'm less sore today than I was last night! Soo, I'm thinking, since aparently I'm wonderwomen, I'm going to do KPC w/legs and glutes premix. I'm not sure which, but I wouldn't mind getting my butt to rounds out a bit more than it is right now. And I know that step ups are the best way for me to get it that way. Wow, that got long quick, huh.
Ok, todays menu is: Drum roll please!
B- What else? Egg White omlette
L- Chicken and romaine letuce salad w/ newmans own light balsamic vinagrette
S- Huh, either sweet potatoes, or squash w/ a small piece of chicken
D- Steak w/ broccoli
S- popcorn
We are having a slumber party in the living room tonight with my son, so we will be eating popsorn and watching movies while laying on the floor with our pillows and blankets. My son is all excited. Should be fun.
