Hi Everyone, This will be my last post for the year for Healthy Eating, someone else is more than welcome to start it.

4:00a P90X Shoulders/Arms and Ab Ripper X

My Cathe stuff will be delivered tomorrow, I got the high step and High Step advanced training. Maybe I will have to wait til later in the day to workout, or make this my Friday workout. Such decisions.

B - toast w/PB, cheese
S - cheese, triscuits, CC cookie
L - not sure but ordering out
S - walnuts
D - baked parmesan chicken (EFL), salad, coucous

Have a great holiday everyone. I will try to check in from home but it can be pretty slow there.

Good morning,

I wimped out this morning and only did 30 min of L&G. Can't explain it, I was just pooped.

B- coffee
S - yogurt, fruit
L - chicken, salad
S - fruit, nuts
D - chicken marsala

I'll be here one more day. Happy holidays Rhonda - hope Santa is good to you.

8:00 a.m. Zone Yoga

B – FF yogurt mixed with flaxseed meal, dark cherries, raspberries, ½ pear, walnuts
L – Kale, sweet potatoes, chickpeas, brown and wild rice
D – Large Salad, butternut/bourbon soup
S – Nuts and dried fruit

Yesterday I had Milky Way Popables and chocolate covered cherries. **sigh** Try again today.

Ok, today I will workout, I promise! I think it will be Muscle Endurance.

B- Egg white omlette
S- Salmon W/ squash
L- Lettuce W/ chicken salad W/ ff italian dressing
S- orange
D- Huh, I'm not sure, we may just get something out.

My son has his first Christmas program tonight! He goes to Montissori, and they are Christian based. I'm soo excited! Of course I'll have to try some cookies, oh well. WE're supposed to bring a dozen cookies or bars, so I am bring those oreo balls! Which, by the way are good. I tried one.

Trying again with the diet:

B oatmeal w/ walnuts & coke
S graham crackers w/ p-butter
L Banana & p-butter sandwich & coke
s smoothie: lowfat milk, protein powder & 1/2 banana
D salad: lettace, spinach, walnuts, celery, grapes & p-cheese just
a little fetta dressing & coke

much better than the fast food combo's!! (but I am still hooked on caffinex(
 
Well you guys are doing much better than me! I am already on vacation and enjoying the holiday at my parents house. My eats have been less then perfect.... but thought i'd post anyway :)

B - egg + eggwhites, WW toast, grits, V8, bite of bacon ( i couldn't resist!)
S - almonds
L - home made white bean soup
D - extra lean Hamburger w/cheese, WW bun, vegies
S - blueberry pie }(

and i'm sure it will only go down from here... sigh....
