Not sure how many are still with us at this point

4:15am PlyoX (forgot how great this workout is) Just cannot do those one leg hops, I get in about 10-15 seconds and then have to modify.

b - scrambled eggs w/mushrooms
S - cheese, lowfat triscuits, clementine
L - salad
S - walnuts, clementine
D - homemade chili, hotdogs (?), salad

6 am - KPC cardio conditioning. Running low on energy these days.

B - coffee, bagel
S - yogurt, nuts
L - ?
S - fruit, nuts
D - quiche

7:30 a.m. Muscle Endurance

B – Egg white/oatmeal scramble, walnuts
L – Chickpeas, sweet potato, kale, orange
D – Large salad, Hubbard squash/Bourbon soup
S – Nuts and dried fruit

I've ordered the P90X series from Beachbody. Can't wait to try these out. (My Christmas present to myself).

Ok, no workout today, but I'll still be eating healthy!

B- egg white omlette W/ green tea
L- SAlmon W/ asperagus
S- string cheese
D- Enchiladas (I made them as low fat as possible!)
