Hard to believe the weekend is over already. Here it is another Monday : )

My workout today was JV Bug for chest/back/tris/bis and abs.

B - piece of toast w/PB and lowfat cheese
S - lf cheese, triscuits
L - egg salad sandwich w/lf triscuits
S - walnuts
D - taco pasta salad (from the EFL cookbook)

Good morning,

Ugh - I hate Mondays. 5:45 am - Muscle Endurance

B - coffee, fruit
S - yogurt, nuts
L - turkey sandwich, soup
S - fruit, nuts
D - tacos }( - kid's pick

Still 3 pounds away from the goal. I'm wondering if I'll ever shake it. I look at those new pics of Cathe and the crew and wonder if I'll ever get there.

(sigh) Yeah, I know ... not as long as I keep having tacos for dinner. ;-)

Morning!

Have a wicked sinus infection so its anybody's guess if I'll be up to doing any type of a workout tonight but I'll try.

Tonight at 7:30: Legs & Glutes + ARX}(

Meals are:

Meal 1: 3 egg white cheese omelette w/1 crumpette & boysenberry jam + hazelnut coffee
Meal 2: mini whole wheat onion bagel w/baked salmon salad + white tea
Meal 3: tuna nicoise salad (company luncheon)
Meal 4: banana
Meal 5: turkey burger w/string beans & garlic sauteed in olive oil

B – Egg Beaters with Salsa and ½ avocado
L – Bean soup and cottage cheese with mandarin oranges, broccoli
D – Large spinach salad with some kind of veggie
S – Almonds and dried fruit

hello everyone! Its been a while since i posted, but i haven't been doing TOO bad. This weekend was full of eating. The girls all got together for a potluck on Friday (I brougt a tossed salad, but there was so much other food we didn't even take it out of the fridge!), then saturday i took my mom to a nice morrocan restaurant (7 course meal). But I managed to keep my overall calorie intake in check. So no harm done!

I'm rambling.

B - eng muff
S - egg + 3 whites, cheese, V8
L - Large Salad w/ every vegetable i could think of + egg white + slivered almonds, olive oil dressing
S - Orange
D - Holiday Party }(

Workout: HSTA before the party if i have time x(
 
Hello! Sounds like everyone is doing well, other than it's a Monday.

B- Egg White Omlette
S- Oatmeal W/ground flax seed, sugar free syrup and milk
L- catfish W/ broccoli (I'm not sure how to even make catfish, but I found it in my freezer and I'm going to give it a try by broiling it. We'll see if I like it.)
D- steaks W/ green beans

AS far as a workout goes, I think I'll try to get on my Schwinn Aerodyn in a bit here. At least I can say I did something this way. I'm not in the mood to do anything, but I think I can get myself to do that for a while. I'm getting up to TTOM so I'm feeling bloated and icky, so I'm sure working out would help.
