Healthy Eating 12/10/04

Hi Everyone,

4:10am Jay's Precision Cycling and the floor stretches from Yoga Makeover for legs.

B - piece of toast with pb and cheese
S - Cheese, lf triscuits
L - ham/cheese sandwich
S - walnuts
D - seafood pizza (regular pizza dough with white sauce and put mozzarella cheese, shrimp, crab, mushrooms) May sound bad to some but it really is good, we buy it, haven't tried to make it yet. I know it isn't low-cal but hey it is good.

Have a great weekend everyone. If someone wants to do the thread over the weekend, please do. I rarely get on the computer at home so that is one reason why I don't do the threads on the weekends.

Happy Friday -

Drank lots of wine and ate lots of Christmas cookies yesterday. Gained two pounds. **sigh** Had fun, though. Tonight is the company Christmas party. I'll TRY to eat right.

7:30 a.m. Pyramid Upper Body

B – FF yogurt mixed with flaxseed meal, ½ banana, ½ pear
L – Large salad
D – Salmon, veggies, wine

OK, something very strange happened to me last night. I had two of the mini snickers bars, and one dove gift. Then I tried on of the cookies that I was making and I felt sick to my stomach from all the sweets. I've never had that happen before on such a small amount of sweets. I'm kind of happy, because today I probably wont' touch the cookies, they don't look good at all to me! But the party mix does, yikes! I'll just keep holed up in my office and avoid looking at it! Ha, ha!
So far no weight gain, I lost the two pounds that I had gained, so I'm pretty happy. Like I said, I think it was just water weight.

B- half a grapefruit
S- jello fruit smoothie
L- salmon W/ broccoli ( I'm out of chicken right now!)
S- String cheese, maybe?
D- eating out, we'll see what I choose to order, yikes!

I dont' know if I'll get a workout in today, I'm going shopping with my mom this afternoon, and my sons home from school today. So, the workout may be a bust.

Hi Ladies!

Had so much work to do at the office I wasn't able to post until now.

Tonight's workout is nada! Its my son's birthday (13) & I'm taking him out to dinner. Hope I find something good on the menu.

Today's meals are:

Meal 1: 1 sunnyside up whole egg & 1 egg white + ww mini bagel w/blueberry jam + hazelnut coffee
Meal 2: too much work so nada.:(
Meal 3: turkey, provolone cheese wrapped sandwich & mixed veggies + clementine + another cup of white tea
Meal 4: chicken salad

Came down with a sinus infection & will need to go see the dr. tomorrow. I'm hoping to feel better & up to doing P90X's Chest/Back/ARX tomorrow. Wish me luck!

Hi Kathy,

There was a lot of information there and still need to do some looking but it looks like the stuff I want to know I need to sign up for a membership. Hmmmm...wonder if I could get everything out of it with the trial membership.
