Hi Everyone,

Today I did 30 minute HIIT, 15 minute Candlelight Energizer Yoga, and Power Hour Abs

B - English muffin w/ egg salad
S - cheese, lf triscuits
L - carrots, tuna casserole
S - BFL Bar
D - either spaghetti or taco pasta salad (both from EFL)

7:00 a.m. Kick, Punch & Crunch

B – FF yogurt mixed with flaxseed meal, Splenda, ½ pear, Kiwi, cinnamon
L – Lentil/Bulgar wheat salad, spinach, sweet potato
D – Large salad

not sure what workout i'm doing today... depends on what time i get off work and how i feel!

b - WW english muff, egg white, lf cheddar, V8
s - 1 chocolate truffle }( :9
l - red pepper, spinach, cucumber, lf cheese on WW, Pear
S - banana protein shake
d - blackeyed peas, brown rice, broccoli

5:30 am Bootcamp

B - soy protein cereal with blueberries, 8 oz milk with Whey Protein powder, coffee, water
S - protein shake
L - chicken roll-up
S - BFL bar
D - sausage, pasta
S - milk

PUB @ 9am and Legs/Shoulders @ 11am, Laundry inbetween, crunches

B- yogurt mixed with peanuts/protein bar, ice tea made w/splenda
S- strawberries and watermelon and protein shake, water
L-Chili and soy chips with salsa (love tomatoes), water
S- more peanuts and fruit
D - sausage, salad and green beans, water
S - green tea


Don't think I will be constipated today. LOL!
