Morning everyone,

This morning I did MIS Legs and Gliding Leg routine.

B - english muffin w/egg salad
S - cheese, lf triscuits
L - ??
S - BFL bar
D - leftover steak, zuchini, lf pierogies

Hope everyone is enjoying the day. I know there are a lot of people that don't have to work today, so enjoy it. I am unfortunately not one of them people and I am working.

I'm at work too, unfortunately.

6am - Cardio & Weights.

B - soy protein cereal and milk, coffee
S - protein shake
L - tuna on wheat, banana
S - yogurt, BFL bar
D - steak, potatoes, vegie
S - protein shake or bar

7:30 a.m. Push Pull

B - FF yogurt mixed with flaxseed meal, Splenda, cinnamon, 1/2 banana and 1/2 pear
L - Bulger wheat/lentil salad, spinach, broccoli, mozarella cheese, small fruit salad
D - Large Salad
