Does anyone feel muscle soreness more on your dominant side? I'm right handed and 90% of the time have more soreness in my right arm, shoulders, legs, etc. I've tried working one side at a time, with special emphasis on the left, visualizing the muscles on my left side as I'm lifting, but nothing seems to work. I can't seem to find a balance. Should I just accept this or is there anything more I can do. Outside of working out the left side on its own, I don't know what to do. Thanks for any suggestions.
