Having a Cathe love fest at the momment!

I'll admit. This year has not been good for my fitness or my waistline.

We bought and moved into a house. Then DH got sent to the Middle East for a 5 month tour.

I slacked off workouts, gained a bunch of weight, and couldn't get motivated.

I did some easier workouts just to get moving again. Gee, not to many results.

Well, late last month, I just decided to get my Cathes out. I just made up my mind that you know what, I can modify down. Lower the weights, no jumping, get the small step out.

I'm having a BALL!!! It's so much fun again to workout. I'm looking forward to it again.

I know eventually, I'll get a Firm or some other instructor out just to see someone else when I do my workout. But it is so great to be doing Cathe again.

And the best thing, I'm seeing some results. I've had to up the weights already for chest press in the 2 weeks I've been back at Cathe. Won't be long before I see the results in my clothes and on the scale!
 
It's great that you have gotten back into exercising again. Enjoying the workouts is what will keep you exercising and seeing results.

Congratulations on getting back in to the groove1 I'm sure in no time you'll be seeing results and having a ball while working towards your goals. Keep up the good work.
