Hats Off to the Cathe Masters

I recently started doing Cathe's videos. I do most of my cardio outside (cycling, hiking, exercising my Rhodesian Ridgebacks), so I normally just use videos for strength & flexibility work. A recent string of storms has me inside for cardio work so I've been trying to master PowerMax. It's slow going - I've got the lung & the leg, but the choreography is complex for someone who normally engages in rather linear activities. At times, I wish I had eyes in the back of my head so I could watch the screen & Cathe while I'm trying to master a move. I pulled out some oldies (Anderson, Gin Miller, Smith) & was surprised how easy they were after struggling through PowerMax. This is a long lead in to tell those of you who have mastered Cathe how impressed I am with your fitness. My hat is off to you!

Hats off to YOU Debra!

We are impressed with you that you are hanging in there!! It is well worth the "struggle" to get there! Cathe is so much fun & so motivating that it's "easy" to stick with her. I wish I had eyes in the back of MY head when I end with my back towards the T.V. and Cathe is behind her step facing me!! I'm thinking, Now how did I get here??? Have fun-POWERMAX-Here-WE-COME!!!

Cathe's Choreography

I think that one of the reasons that Cathe videos have a revered place in my fitness routine is that her choreography is so refreshing! I am so glad that I discovered Cathe Friedrich. I would have probably never done her workouts, however, had she not done MIS. I shudder to think what I would have missed by not having her videos in my collection!

I find that Cathe's choreography takes my mind off the drudgery of working out that I have found with running and treadmills, etc. It's like you are dancing and having a playtime while working out extremely hard. And "Power Max" is one of Cathe's best, most fun workouts.
