Hello Haters,

It's time to get up and workout!! Ok, maybe not. Sunday should be a rest day. Once I get moving, I will be attempting L&G.

Yesterday, it was so sunny and nice here. Everyone was out and about. Cat update on my friend. I went to the mall to buy some Clinique. Came out of Macy's, ran into friends from the same community as my friend, they have a free kitten and they don't live too far from each other. It's about 6 months old and needs to be fixed like right now. Also, on Saturday, I got about 5 inches cut off of hair, reshaped a bit. Just above my shoulders now.

Hope you all have a wonderful day!!

update- L&G kicked me in the butt.

Hope to be visiting a cat later on this afternoon.

Hello haters! How is everyone?

Well my Friday night workout STUNK b/c I had no energy but instead of beating myself up over it, I accepted it & decided it'll allow me to hit it hard Saturday...
Saturday- Drill Max & CTX Kickbox
Sunday- 4DS- Bootcamp/Upper Body Circuit Premix & 30 min hip/thigh/butt w/o

I may try to get something else in later today but will just see what my body tells me later.

Michele- Of course you didn't scare me off silly! However, the "can you believe it's been that long" was in reference to us dating for 6 months already!!! :p Just doesn't seem like it's been that long. Did you end up going to a movie? What workout did you do yesterday?

Dana- How is your weekend? I am going to e-mail you back here in a while.

Jennifer- I love L&G, such a great workout. Have you ever tried any of the KPC/L&G premixes? I think it's called Kicbox/Strengh circuit that I really like- it rotates the KPC combos w/ L&G so one combo, then L&G, another combo, L&G, etc... anyway I really like that one. So... have you went to visit a cat yet???

Well I may BBL if anyone is around, plan on doing cleaning & relaxing today, going to throw something in the crock pot for dinner tonight, just not sure what yet. Chad has the boys this weekend but will be coming over later this afternoon/evening.

Hello Jen.

No, I never done the premix for LG/KPC. It sounds interesting though.
Generally, I don't do to many premixes except for 4DS.

My friend hasn't called me to visit her potential new pet. She might pass it up till next weekend now.

Just god done with some extreme cleaning around my home. I would be taking a nap right now but the Osmond Reunion is on PBS on my station.

Crok pot dinner. Pot Roast? Chicken soup? I don't use my as much as I should.

18 more days til Spring.

Hey Jennifer! This is what I think I'm going to try in the crock pot today...I will use fat free cream cheese & thinking about also adding a cup of rice to this in the crock pot. I will eat it just as is, I got corn tortillas for Chad. Also will do a salad & a veggie side dish.

Combine the following in your crockpot:
1 can black beans, drained
1 can corn
1/2 cup salsa

After stirring, add:
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1/2 cup more salsa

Cook on low for 3 hours. Then add,

1 block of cream cheese

Cook one more hour. Serve over rice with flour tortillas.

This also sounds really good, I've done the chicken/salsa before but never tried it w/ cream of chicken soup, I will have to try this out next weekend!

4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
1 cup salsa
1 (1 1/4 ounce)package taco seasoning
1 (10 1/2 ounce)can low-fat cream of chicken soup
1/2 cup reduced-fat sour cream

Directions
1. Place chicken in slow cooker and sprinkle with taco seasoning.
2. Pour salsa and soup over chicken.
3. Cook on low 6-8 hours.
4. Remove from heat and stir in sour cream.
5. Serve over rice.

Hello Jen.

You could send me that recipe to my email address. My WORD is not allowing me to copy/paste it. It sounds really good.
Did you create this recipe yourself?

I just got done making spaghetti but your dinner is better.

No problem Jennifer, just PM me your e-mail address & I'll e-mail them to you along w/ some others I have that are good. I got the one I'm trying today from flylady.com & the other from recipezaar.com.

I also have 3 cookbooks for the slow cooker & bought Taste of Home's Best Ever Casserole book last weekend. I think I'm going to make this one sometime this week(I'll also e-mail this to you). I got the healthy request soup, 2% milk cheese, & reduced fat cresent rolls. Usually wouldn't make something like this as I'm not a big bread/roll fan but it'll be a nice for something different...I think!

Lattice Chicken Potpie

1 package (16ounce) frozen California blend vegetables
2 cups cubed cooked chicken
1 can (10 3/4ounce) condensed cream of potato soup
1 cup milk
1 cup (4 ounces) shredded cheddar cheese
1 can (2.8ounces) french-fried onions
1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
1 tube (8ounces) refrigerated crescent rolls

1. In large bowl, combine the vegetables, chicken, soup, milk, cheese, onions, & seasoned salt. Transfer to greased 13by9 baking dish.
2. Unroll the crescent roll dough & seperate into two rectangles. Seal the perforations, cut each rectangle lengthwise into 1/2 inch strips. Form a lattice crust over the chicken mixture. Bake, uncovered at 375 for 35-40 min or until golden brown.

Jen.
If it's ok, I'll just come over for dinner. You're not that far away. J/K. You're quite the cook.
Do you sub anything for the french fried onions? I used to do a pot pie recipe but it was more traditional I found in TV Guide.

So, is Chad putting on weight from your cooking? He's problably eating better and healthier.

Thanks I will PM you now.
