MORNING!
Last night Mooch and Cham had a wild run through the apartment when I suddenly heard a big boom...I ran to the other room to see what fell, and it was my towel and towel rack.
Mooch was lying down on my towel sort of under the rack, and Cham was sitting nearby, so for a minute I worried maybe Mooch was hurt (even though the towel rack is really fairly light and flimsy). He looked up at me like "uh oh" so I kneeled down to him and felt his whole body to see if he had any reaction for owies.
Thankfully Mooch wasn't hurt - he was just deeming this newfound comfy towel spot his My New Sleep Place place LOL. http://www.freesmileys.org/smileys/sleep009.gif
Ooh! Mr. Caw came and eat some orange just now while Cham and Mooch are napping in the other room. I slowly got up to try to take a better photo of him and he flew away.
The dirty SOB. http://www.freesmileys.org/smileys/char128.gif
I finished up my Gym Chest and Tris and followed it with a smoothie. I've got to finish up the work I've been pounding on since who knows when, and also print up my grocery list! Oh boy!

Have a great day!

>I need clothes, too. You should see what I wear around the house! And for going out? I have about 2 outfits and they're each about 5 years old! I look so shabby -- I really do. It's a good thing I'm a hermit and rarely leave my house. OTOH, maybe if I had nicer clothes I'd go out more -- lol!
That totally cracked me up. If you were to look at photographs of me ten years ago, I'd be wearing the same things then, too. LOL. It's AWFUL.
>Oh hey, what are you going to do with your hair? Didn't you say your hair is all the way down to there? OMG I wouldn't be able to handle that. It must take forever to wash and dry! Chop it off, I say!!
I actually had a dream a few nights ago about chopping it off at the chin by mistake, and then in the dream when I realized what I'd done, I felt relieved - that I made the mistake and there was nothing I could do about it, so I might as well enjoy the change.
I know...verrrrry deep! LOL.
It does take some time to wash, but I don't do a thing with it after that. I just comb it through, put some conditioner in it and woila! My hair is naturally wavy but I got a perm to make it straight so it's more manageable. Course it makes no difference to me since all I do with it is pull it up and back outta my face!
I made the mistake of asking several people who know me if they thought I should cut off my hair and they said, "OH NO! Don't cut off your pretty hair!"
Now, while I'm flattered by the compliment, you can see how this would damper my thoughts to cutting it all off.
I'm thinking I'm going to see how I like it in the warmer weather when I'm wearing less bulk, maybe try wearing it down some,...and then I'd like to cut a bunch off in the fall.
>My hair is a little past my shoulders, but it looks like it's just below my chin.
I guess that's made for some dangerous hair cutting, eh? I suppose if you ever change hair stylists you have to really explain that to them! So I guess you don't blow dry, either?
>And I feel like I work out quite a bit http://www.kidcorral.ca/forum/images/smilies/bs.gif
LMAO!
O----M-----G!!!!!! ROTFLMAO!!!!!!!!!!!! I totally thought you were serious with your new list and I was getting ready to jot them down into my notes LMAO! I love the "My ass hurts" "What?" bunnies! LMAO!!

>you know what you need to do? You need to plant yourself a little herb garden and put it out on your balcony
LOL. What would DP think? He'd be furious with me.
Actually, I was just talking to a friend of mine who does that - has a little herb and veggie garden on her balcony. She says it's really wonderful and she makes these fresh herb pastas and stuff all the time, which I would be totally into (well, into eating that is LOL). I love herbs!
I'd never thought to grow any because it sounds like a pain the butt LOL. I do grow kitty grass and it's not a pain in the butt.
Though I do live in the middle of vehicle-ville Tokyo, and the air is so dirty. I don't open my windows or get any fresh air in my apartment, unfortunately. Why am I writing this? LOL. I guess the image of having something edible out on my balcony seems unappetizing to me.
Apparently the birds think so, too. http://www.freesmileys.org/smileys/angry051.gif
Hey, the link didn't work and I couldn't see your shoes. Now if you found something you like, why are you not getting them!
Wait, why can Michele see them?! http://www.freesmileys.org/smileys/merv/thinking.gif
OMG LOL at Ralphie and his gas! You could smell it from outside your car? LOL! He must have been thinking, "Ooh, that one was a real stinker, too! Hehe!"
>So I got about 4 inches cut off my hair. It is now only to my shoulderblades. It was to the middle of my back. I like it.
Yes, we want photos! PHOTOS! It must feel so light and nice.
SHANNON - Yup, yup, I'm going to buy buy buy today at the grocery store so that I'll be ready to whip up stuff in my crock pot...until I need to go buy more fresh veggies again, LOL. Thanks for the cheer of excitement! I will not be afraid! I shall find some way to store!
>but OMG, I just can't imagine having to lean over the fridge to use the stove.
Yeah, not the best place for my fridge. I originally had my fridge in a different place but that different place made the fridge kind of central in my apartment like, "Hear Yee! Hear Yee! I Am...Fridge!" Then I realized the space in between the front of my gas burners and the part of the wall that sticks out because of a building beam is the perfect size! Seemed like a good idea at the time.
But hey, I use the crock pot in the entryway of my apartment anyway, so it's only an issue when I do fish or eggs LOL.
>Thank you for taking care of August. Her kitchen is in good hands with you around.
WoooOOoo HooOOoo! I've got a loooong list and I plan to make it mine!
>Work continues to be hellish. But that big project has to be done today, no matter what, so there is relief in sight.
YAY! I think this calls for celebration! I'm so glad to hear that the project will be done today!

>Have fun at the grocery store.
I will! I WILL! Muwahahahaa!
JEN - I got the photo of the kitty, but I didn't get the photo of Take Me Back. LOL, no kidding take me back! And what a totally cute picture of Sport! He's saying, "Put the camera down, we're still playing."
Oh no! Just as I was getting ready to post this, I found that Michele had posted on yesterday's thread...puke was your evening?! OH NO! Sudden puke, slow puke, it's all awful. Are you feeling completely better now? Do you think it could be a flu? Is the dinner you were working on the bean one? Oh, Michele, get some good sleep and feel all better in the morning!! http://www.freesmileys.org/smileys/hug005.gif
And to the rest of you -- everybody else get better, too! You're making us Haters look weak! http://www.freesmileys.org/smileys/laughing021.gif
